Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate our Tours & Travel products and services to guests during check-in
  • Ensure guests are aware of our facilities and services
  • Sell Tours & Travel products, including Retail, Tours, Transportation, Rentals, Wellness, Surf, and Education
  • Record sales in Rezdy and Winks systems
  • Support guests with questions or concerns about our products
  • Manage reception tasks on night shifts
  • Process guest check-ins and early check-outs
  • Review reception reports
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Prepare accounting reports as needed
  • Complete the logbook
  • Verify guest information and payment
  • Perform adjustments and corrections for PMS issues
  • Prepare for end-of-day procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in reception
  • Team management skills
  • Bilingual
  • Knowledge of PMS systems
  • Tourism or hotel management background
