We are seeking an experienced Strategic Healthcare Partnerships Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role will lead from Access the implementation of strategies focused on maximizing the potential of brands and new indications that already have an institutional code and that are found in the drug catalogs of the main Institutional Accounts (Federal, state, local and decentralized). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts related to Abbvie's participation in the purchasing processes of government institutions and private insurance companies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as legal representative of AbbVie, focused on administrative processes involved in bids and contract administration.
- Communicate the value proposition addressed to the main decision makers (evaluators, payers, administrators, etc.) using information developed by the VPM to position Abbvie through its products and value proposition, as an ally of health system in the continuous improvement of patient care in the main accounts of the institutional and private market.
**Core Job Responsibilities:**
- Identify and update the mapping of the KDM's derived from the continuous changes in the assigned health systems and subsystems.
- Map and update the drug tender & inclusion processes to the federal, regional. regional and federal institutional and private catalogs, as well as identify the relevant criteria in the inclusion decision.
- Management and updating of the registration of Abbvie as a supplier in the different institutions.
- Presentation of the questions for the clarification meeting developed in conjunction with the legal area.
- Physical delivery of response for the Market Study.
- Physical delivery of the economic proposal with / without additional benefits.
- Physical delivery to the institutions of the Dossier containing the economic proposal and technical-legal documents ensuring compliance with the provisions of the procurement law.
- Receipt of judgments and dispatch to the bidding area.
- In case of having inconsistencies in the failures or contracts, initiate corresponding processes established by the legal area.
- Physical delivery to the Institution of the documentation required for contracting.
- Physical delivery of bonds directly to the institution.
- Formalization of contracts and once it is duly signed by both parties (government institutions and AbbVie) responsible for sending it to the tender area.
- It establishes care priorities in the institutions that it is responsible for attending based on the critical variables of operation: service, urgency, time, distance.
- Clearly identify the documentation to be integrated: letters of guarantee for hidden defects, exchange letters, analytical certificates, inclusions for delivery (ISSSTE), exhaustion of tags, etc.
- Review of contract progress.
- Consumption analysis and sales projection.
- Follow up on the delivery of all orders and validate through the control desk the collection of the acknowledgments of receipt for the validation of stamps and signatures to integrate the file that flows to the Credit and Collection area.
- Acceptance management in administrative and medical areas of expiration dates below what is requested.
- Direct monitoring in the institutions of the procedures for exchanges, refunds and penalties.
- Inventory verification in institutional warehouses.
- Closely collaborate with sales, and bidding area, to attend to the requirements of the end customers.
- Participate in the development and management of the engagement plan for the processes of inclusion of the prioritized products / indications.
- Develop and update the Transactional Journey of the assigned Institutions.
- Lead and participate in the assigned IFT's ensuring the construction and execution of the assigned account brand plans (Development of Objectives and tactical plans, aligned to the Imperatives of each brand), execute with excellence.
- Collect and consolidate business insights from the In-field team to share with the Brand Team and with the Access Area to develop the 'tailor made' value proposition.
- Ensure the transmission of the value proposition of the prioritized products or indications.
- Collect or send information related to business development to integrate it into Insight's calculators and concentration for Commercial and Demand meetings.
- Comply with assigned training (Access Academy, etc).
- Promote collaborative work and share 'Best Practices '
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 50% travel time.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
