About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Manager to lead our CRM Systems team. As a key member of our Enterprise Systems team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of global, high-value IT applications across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for IT applications.
  • Business Operations: Analyze and improve technical implementations to deliver value to business partners.
  • Technical Delivery: Provide expert-level technical assistance to delivery teams and drive adoption of technology and process changes.
  • Project Management: Manage the technical implementation of small and large-sized projects, including intake and prioritization process for functional areas of expertise.
  • Mentorship: Build and manage global teams, guide and coach team members, and mentor junior team members.
  • Team Performance: Measure, monitor, and maintain team's ability to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA), Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and integrating SaaS software, such as Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite.
  • 5-7 years of experience leading and managing an IT organization or Applications group at a fast-growing high technology company.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, resilient under pressure, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of LTC business processes in a Zuora environment.
  • Industry certifications, such as Salesforce, Zuora, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or similar certifications.
