About the Role

Datamark, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, using strong verbal and written communication skills to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer issues, using strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to find solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, using strong organizational skills to ensure that customer information is accurate and easily accessible.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex customer issues, using strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure that customer needs are met.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong organizational and teamwork skills.
