We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Growth Manager to lead our Business Development efforts in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and take charge of sales and account management.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for delivering ambitious commercial growth targets by establishing and nurturing key partnerships with operators across the market. You will act as a figurehead for FlixBus, building a strong brand presence within the industry.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Full sales life cycle management, from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining relationships with partners
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies
  • Track and analyze commercial results to optimize engagement strategies and improve profitability
  • Develop and implement best practices for sales and account management, including processes, tools, and KPIs
  • Set clear targets and manage performance to meet or exceed expectations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including Network Planning, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and others
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: A strong track record of building and managing Business Development functions B2B, with expertise in sales, account management, and partnership development
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, high Excel proficiency, experience with sales and account management best practices, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, set direction, and inspire others to achieve their goals
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to represent the brand within the industry
Ambitious Growth and Competitive Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives. Our flexible working model allows for trust-based hours and up to 60 days of remote work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
