Job Summary
We are seeking a Release Train Lead to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our Agile Release Train, you will facilitate processes and execution, escalate impediments, manage risk, ensure value delivery, and drive relentless improvement.


Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate Agile Release Train processes and execution
* Escalate impediments and manage risk
* Ensure value delivery and drive relentless improvement
* Influence others by creating a participative environment where all feedback is valued and respected
* Ensure others contribute to organization strategies by focusing them on critical priorities, measuring progress, and ensuring accountability against those metrics


Requirements
* 5-7 years experience in Scrum and/or agile release trains
* Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban techniques
* Demonstrated expertise in product development process cycles
* Thorough understanding of information systems, interlinkages, and operations
* Excellent people skills, with an ability to understand and respect diverse viewpoints


Salary Range
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
