Regional Sales Expansion Manager for Central America

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Expansion Manager to cover the Central America region. This is a unique opportunity to join a global company with 50 years of experience in creating exceptional value for customers.
As a key member of our sales team, you will have the chance to contribute your expertise and insights while influencing company growth. Your primary responsibilities include expanding our presence in the region by executing a tailored sales strategy, building strong partnerships, and increasing sales in your territory.
You will also develop and commercialize activities, close deals, and collaborate closely with the inside sales team and customers. As part of an experienced team representing a strong brand within the HVAC industry, you will be immersed in a friendly and supportive workplace that values its culture and employees.
To succeed in this role, you must be a targeted individual with a strong focus and drive for achieving results. You should have the ability to identify and resolve issues for our customers and ensure high quality in any project you participate in.
Key requirements include:
- 3-5 years of technical sales experience demonstrating measurable and proven results
- HVAC knowledge or relevant background experience
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Additionally, you should be comfortable working independently but also value collaboration and teamwork. With approximately 30-50% travel required, you will have opportunities to present your ideas and skills to various stakeholders.
