Strategic Sales Operations Director

Strategic Process Development: Design and implement streamlined processes that minimize disruption, partnering with teams to drive change management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and GTM operations to translate corporate strategies into actionable plans.
Program Management: Lead multiple company-wide programs, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.
Process Improvement: Bring structure to ambiguous visions, crafting programs to bring them to life.
Sales Planning: Develop scalable playbooks for GTM operations, executing annual sales planning programs.
Requirements:
Experience supporting operations teams and managing large-scale programs. Proven ability to work across diverse teams and geographies, synthesizing complex priorities.
Serves as a valuable business partner, bringing expertise in business operations, process design, and program management.
Exceptional collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritization, and time management skills are essential.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, and Trello is required.
The Position Offers:
An estimated salary of $112,500 MXN per year, based on experience. A performance bonus, international exposure, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits package.
