Strategic Sales Enablement Director for International Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Sales Enablement Director to drive exponential growth in sales productivity, efficiency, and success by leading the development and delivery of learning and development programs, communication, capabilities, and sales governance for our LACC and FCS Commercial Sales Teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing and inspiring teams, driving growth through sales training, communications, governance, capabilities, and effective go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities- Drive leadership alignment on plans and provide thought leadership on driving growth through sales training, communications, governance, capabilities, and effective go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with the Japan, APAC, and EMEA Field Enablement Teams and Central Training and Capability Teams to develop a training and capabilities strategy for LACC and FCS Sales/Account Development colleagues.
- Create one integrated experience across all LACC/FCS Sales and Account Development teams by delivering timely content and communication.
- Track the performance of Sales and Account Development colleagues and use the output to recommend learning solutions or instructor-led delivery as appropriate and implement the program roll-out.
- Lead the Field Enablement team in LACC to localise and deliver global strategies for relevance and need.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Training, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Sales, Account Development, or Change Management.
- Committed people leader with a track record of developing and inspiring teams.
- Outstanding business acumen and strategic perspective.
- Exceptional relationship building experience, including the ability to develop relationships with senior executives and leadership.
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
The salary range has been estimated based on industry standards and the requirements of the role. It is not negotiable and does not include any bonuses or additional forms of compensation.
