Drive Business Growth in Mexico with Landa

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic account development in Mexico, particularly in the Monterrey region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by improving production and stability for our key and strategic accounts, eliminating barriers, and achieving maximum potential from our Landa Nanographic Presses.

  • Owning customer success and satisfaction for assigned accounts, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and transparency.
  • Collaborating closely with Landa customers to optimize press utilization, eliminate production hurdles, and enhance uptime, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Guiding customers through the entire product lifecycle, from ramping up new presses to maximizing their potential.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance, and ensuring clear communication to achieve faster and better outcomes.
  • Leading onsite field service engineers and remote cross-functional teams, including Tech Support, R&D, and Logistics, to deliver exceptional results.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities in the region, such as demonstrations and sample handling, to drive sales growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Residence in Mexico, preferably in the San Pedro/Monterrey area.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, enabling effective communication with clients.
  • Able to travel overnight 50% or more of the time, accommodating frequent site visits and meetings.
  • Proven experience interfacing with various levels of organization and management, especially C-level executives.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end printing production environments, coupled with project management and business development expertise.
  • Capacity to navigate complex environments with multiple stakeholders, leveraging excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with customers, based on mutual respect and trust.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
