Regional Sales Director for LATAM

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the LATAM region, specifically in Mexico. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with leading Digital BSS solution providers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the LATAM region
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at leading Digital BSS solution providers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including Fixed Telcos, Mobile Service Providers, and MVNOs
- Collaborate with the General Manager for LATAM to develop and implement sales strategies
- Manage a variable compensation scheme (60:40 split) in addition to a base salary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling complex software solutions to telecom service providers in the LATAM region
- Existing contact base in the region
- Strong understanding of the Digital BSS market and its key players
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
