About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Amazon. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues and work with customers to analyze root causes.
  • Drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and customer experience, including creating tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles.
  • Leverage customer support experience to provide feedback to internal teams on improving services and work on complex customer problems.
  • Continuously learn and develop new technical skills and professional competencies.
  • Participate in interviewing and coaching/mentoring new team members.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience with application deployment pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes, or administration and troubleshooting of two or more of the following: DevOps, deployment, container orchestration management, and configuration management.
  • Knowledge or experience with system administration, troubleshooting operating systems (Linux and/or Windows), and networking.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) within technical and business settings.
