Key Responsibilities- Run the day-to-day activities of a Sales Development team and maintain Outreach processes
- Coach a team of SDRs to optimum performance
- Achieve team-based quotas
- Identify, recruit, interview, and hire sales talent
- Co-design and co-present training curriculum
- Organize and deploy team resources in accordance with department and company strategies
- Mentor team members to create clear paths toward their own career goals
- Identify problems and proactively create comprehensive plans of action to present to senior management
- Collaborate with the Account Executive department to ensure a smooth hand-off of new opportunities
- Measure and report against KPIs
- Fluent in English
- Results-oriented and able to motivate others to achieve
- At least 1 year in a sales management role, preferably in a sales development role at a fast-paced, SaaS company
- 2 years minimum of additional previous sales experience
- Thrive in a goal-oriented environment
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing conditions at a fast-paced, growing company
- Ability to learn quickly and always searching for ways to expand knowledge
- Helping employees grow and move to their next challenge excites you
- Sales is what we do here - you have to have a strong passion for sales and sales processes
- Familiarity with tools such as SalesForce, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, and Outreach
