We are currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Professional to join our team in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo León. This is a contract position with a duration of 1 year and the opportunity to work remotely from Mexico.
">About the Role
">The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, including defect analysis, triage, and resolution; release testing support for maintenance and enhancements, upgrades, and patches; and reviewing and recommending utilization, process, and method improvements.
Main Responsibilities

- Handle escalations as needed, including both internal and external issues;">
- Turn over to Support any changes related to new projects, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing among team members;">
- Collaborate with the Support Manager to improve ticket data quality;">
- Work on the outstanding ticket queue, focusing on more complex tickets or escalations;">
- Lead Incident Response processes as requested;">
- Support release testing;">
- Propose Support process and method improvements;">
- Provide on-call/off-hour support.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need at least four years' experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office. Extensive experience installing and configuring PCs and software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing wireless telecom, and working with various software products used by the Support Center is also required.
A+, MCSE, CSS, and/or HDA certification is preferred, as well as experience with Logistics systems and business processes. Preferred experience with patch management and configuration manager software is also beneficial.
