Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead business development and sales efforts in Central America and Caribbean regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our healthcare core administration platform (CAPS) solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell a suite of products or services directly or via partners to named accounts, non-named accounts, and geographical territories.
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present a value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close deals.
  • Identify and foster strategic partnerships with key third-party influencers.

Requirements
  • A proven track record in sales leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry.
