Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior Customer Care Representative to join our team at AT&T Mexico. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and providing them with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our clients' designated program administrators to ensure that their service needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement effective service solutions to meet the financial care competencies of our clients, including post-sale customer education, problem-solving, and payment commitments.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing them with a positive and personalized experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our customers receive the latest and greatest services and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English fluency to engage with U.S. customers.
  • Previous 1 year collection experience, back-office tasks or wireline or wireless support.
  • Ability to manage a variety of customer emotions and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
