Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior Customer Care Representative to join our team at AT&T. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and providing them with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
Requirements
  • Advanced English fluency to engage with U.S. customers.
  • Previous 1 year collection experience, back-office tasks or wireline or wireless support.
  • Ability to manage a variety of customer emotions and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

Training and Development

We offer comprehensive training and development programs to help you succeed in your role. You will receive training on our products and services, as well as on customer service skills and techniques. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development programs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires you to work in our office 100% of the time. You will be required to attend 100% of your training at the office (between 1-3 months). During your 90 days trial period, you will not be authorized to request vacation or personal days off.
