Account Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the client lead in managing client accounts, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Perform BAU tasks, such as pacing, reporting, data auditing, and contact report creation, on assigned client accounts.
  • Understand and discuss Jellyfish products and solutions with client teams, highlighting their impact on the wider business.
  • Adhere to client management best practices and contribute to the success of your hub.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook, GMP, and Analytics value and operation.
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written, with the ability to articulate and converse with confidence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple demands.
  • Good commercial awareness and a passion for digital with a desire to learn new skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
