About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the West region and other territories as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform our sales strategy.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support our sales efforts.
Requirements
  • Minimum + years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in software sales or high-tech products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and enterprise information infrastructure, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and good computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
