About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new sales opportunities, developing pipelines, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Mexican market.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  • Closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Actively engage in the coaching process to improve sales performance.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in business development. You should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
