We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing business development strategies to drive growth and profitability in Mexico and Central America.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leverage our professionalization channel strategy to update the wholesale channel program, ensuring efficiency, capacity, adaptability, and profitability in our current commercial operation and future market challenges.
- Develop and update operational processes between Clarios and its distributor network, defining and updating the internal operating status of the distribution network.
- Update and redefine the process and services value that our wholesale channel bids to other channels, including Core Collection, last mile delivery, etc.
- Evaluate and update the University LTH as the main platform for training our wholesale distributors, aligned with our professionalization channel strategy.
- Develop and participate in main commercial events, such as round tables, commercial summits, and distribution conventions.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with vendors related to training, financial services, event services, etc.
