Product Support Specialist

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that involves working under close supervision in a team responsible for product design experience. The problems you will face are routine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate directly with product teams to receive and address support requests
  • Triage requests, fix small bugs, and submit engineering tickets
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of support processes and working in a production environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  2. Advanced English language skills
  3. Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks
  4. Knowledge of CSS and HTML (desired)
  5. 2-4 years of experience (preferred)
