Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Management Assistant to provide senior administrative support to our Senior Management team within the Risk and Compliance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, guidance, and indirect management of other administrative staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to Senior Management, including responding to and formulating correspondence, diary management, and action item monitoring.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements, process expense reports, and organize conferences and off-site events.
  • Work effectively with the HBMX, Group, Region, and Local teams to build and maintain a strong network in Mexico and other markets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior administrative roles, with a strong understanding of risk and compliance operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
