Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide senior-level administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage the executive's calendar, ensuring timely responses to meeting invitations and requests.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative tasks, such as expense management, filing systems, and office supplies.
  • Meeting Management: Facilitate senior executive meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, building a network of contacts within and outside the organization.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and ability to make informed decisions.
