Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless coordination across senior business partners, time zones, and international markets.
- Organize internal and external meetings, making arrangements, sending invitations, and booking rooms.
- Process expense reports, track invoices, and review expenses for accuracy.
- Support department finances and report requests.
- Enhance colleague engagement and satisfaction through skip-level meetings and town halls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including air, hotel, transfers, and agendas.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle confidential information, and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internal platforms like Concur and Ariba.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
