**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our VP of Global Renewals and VP of Global Services. The successful candidate will provide administrative, logistical, and project-related support to these executives, playing a critical role in the success of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to two VP-level executives, including time management, travel, expenses, and meeting management.
- Anticipate the executives' needs and proactively assemble the necessary resources to solve problems.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly calendars to maximize time effectiveness.
- Prepare and execute meetings, including presentation preparation and spreadsheet management.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, team members, and contacts.
- Manage contacts for executive partners and prioritize communication.
- Coordinate All Hands meetings, including agenda development, slide preparation, and logistics.
- Lead and execute team events, socials, and offsite meetings.
- Field incoming requests and exercise discretion with confidential information.
- Own and manage the rhythm of the business, ensuring meeting agendas align with business priorities.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient communication between teams.
- Meet deadlines by maintaining an organized approach and prioritizing multiple work activities.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple remote leaders.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
