We are seeking a highly motivated Freelance Travel Planner to create unique travel experiences for our clients from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting Personalized Itineraries: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their preferences, interests and travel needs.
  • Design flights, accommodations, activities and additional services that cater to each client's unique requirements.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate reservations and confirmations with service providers to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, activities and travel tips.
  • Trip Management: Manage trip logistics, including ground transportation and any special client requests.
  • Stay up to date on trends and news in the travel industry.
  • Remote Support: Offer remote assistance during the trip to resolve problems and answer questions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in organizing trips or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Autonomy and Self-Management: Ability to work independently and self-manage projects.
  • Knowledge of online booking platforms and travel planning tools.
  • Passion for Travel: Passion for travel and creating unique experiences.
  • Connections with tourism industry suppliers is a plus.
