Talent Development and Learning Strategist for Americas

**Key Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development and Learning Specialist to partner with our site operations team to develop new learning and development programs and processes using a strategic approach.

**Main Accountabilities:**

- Develop the Americas Functions Annual Training Plan, consolidating business needs and plant specifics, including legal compliance, into a single document.

- Execute the Annual Training Plan, managing logistics, training rooms, attendance lists, invitations, and learning history in our Learning Management System (LMS).

- Follow up on Annual Training Plan compliance and ensure that all necessary training is completed.

- Support regional onboarding implementation in each plant, customizing materials with the help of technical experts (quality, process, HSE, and HR).

- Ensure salary competency through academies and additional training required.

- Approve or decline Training Request workflow based on learning requirements per position and/or area.

- Receive internal and external audits regarding quality, HSE, and other areas, demonstrating compliance to relevant methods.

- Serve as LMS Administrator.

**Requirements:**

- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
