Job Description

Job Title: Tour Director for Mexico

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Director to lead our Mexico travel experiences. As a Tour Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and guidance to our clients as they explore the beauty and culture of Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage small groups of senior travelers (06-12 people) on a 02-03 weeks all-country trip in Mexico.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the trip.
  • Maintain the established travel itinerary and make adjustments as necessary to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients.
  • Ensure that the services delivered by our partners meet our quality, safety, and sustainable standards.
  • Manage everyday expenses and keep track of receipts to stay within the specified trip budget.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their trip with us is the best experience they can have.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge (C2 level) of the German language for communication with clients, plus fluency in Spanish.
  • Official Guide ID from Mexico.
  • First aid certification (CPR and Heimlich maneuver).
  • Extensive knowledge of Mexico as a travel destination and a passion to share it with others.
  • Interest in sustainable, local, and authentic travel.
  • Engaging, reliable, and well-organized with good health, high energy level, and a positive attitude.
  • Practical experience using the internet, emails, and Google platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good English language communication skills.
  • Previous working experience as a Tour Director, especially in Mexico.
