Position Overview

Autodesk is revolutionizing the construction industry with innovative software solutions. As a Territory Adoption Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and retention within the Emerging Business organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer risk levels using digital assessment tools and reports
  • Organize target accounts based on priority criteria
  • Proactively engage with at-risk customers to ensure maximum value from Autodesk solutions
  • Conduct outbound customer calls to drive adoption and renewal
  • Utilize Salesforce to document customer opportunities and activity
  • Guide customers through significant changes in product usage
Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Understanding of customer success principles and approaches
  • Experience managing complex customer situations and navigating large organizations
