Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to enterprise customers via various channels, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution.
  • Employ creative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex customer issues and develop expertise in Autofleet products and services.
  • Collaborate with product and R&D teams to investigate issues, gather feedback, and provide usability insights from customers.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and business needs, meeting productivity and quality standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native level English proficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid technical aptitude and passion for learning new technologies, products, and methodologies.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
