Technical Support Engineer

Autofleet is a fast-growing technology company seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join its support team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 per year, taking into account the average cost of living in similar locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to enterprise customers via various channels, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution.
- Employ creative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex customer issues and develop expertise in Autofleet products and services.
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to investigate issues, gather feedback, and provide usability insights from customers.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and business needs, meeting productivity and quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Native or near-native level English proficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid technical aptitude and passion for learning new technologies, products, and methodologies.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
