- We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Client Services Support**.
As a Client Services Support, you will be responsible for developing required product and customer journey knowledge to support end-to-end resolution of customer enquiries.
You will support customers through difficult situations such as challenging inquiries/complaints utilising negotiation skills while following guidelines in an effort to satisfy the customer.
Your principal accountabilities will include:
- Developing required product and customer journey knowledge to support end-to-end resolution of customer enquiries
- Supporting customers through difficult situations such as challenging inquiries/complaints
- Thinking laterally beyond procedures to resolve issues ensuring service TATs are met
We require:
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Strong organizing and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and quickly with good attention to detail and solutions-oriented approach
- Self-motivated with initiatives to take on new and additional responsibilities
- Fluent in English
The ideal candidate will have:
- Owning and managing escalated customer concerns and complaints for the team
- Demonstrating ownership and common sense with all that they do, sharing best practice across teams and peers
- Understanding and translating the immediate business/function strategy into actions for their team
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to support different MIs
- Ability to write business letters and reports
