As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in running solutions, tools, and processes to ensure timely delivery of our services while maintaining the highest quality standards.



We are growing operations rapidly, onboarding new customers, and launching products continuously, which raises new strategic questions and tactical challenges that need to be addressed.



The Role


  • You will be part of a highly motivated team of operators and collaborators who will ensure steady delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • You will drive some of our most critical operational processes, improve existing processes and tools globally, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes for new and existing customers.
  • You will create an effective feedback loop between the frontline, product, strategy, and customers, and build, maintain, and regularly communicate detailed reporting for other leaders across the company.


About You



To succeed in this role, you will have industry experience in supply chain, finance planning, or an operational role, and/or experience working in a top-tier consulting firm.



You will also have an undergraduate degree from a top university in an analytics-heavy major (e.g., Engineering or Economics) and/or a graduate degree from a top university in Engineering, Economics, or Business.



In addition, you will have experience leading day-to-day activities, improving processes, and have an action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the desire to deliver outcomes.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools and software, experience planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
  • Databases: Experience in database management and structuring, including storing, retrieving, securing, and manipulating data.
  • Growth Metrics: Understanding of key performance indicators and metrics related to growth, customer acquisition, and funnel optimization, ability to set up tracking for these metrics and interpret the data for strategic decisions.
