Opportunity Summary

As our new Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and delivering business strategies that drive sales growth and profitability across our key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • IDentify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the administration of large accounts from exploration to closing agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to achieving company-wide business objectives by directly driving sales growth and improving overall profitability.
  • Develop and implement key programs to address specific sales growth strategies and objectives.
  • Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Education.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in relevant roles, such as sales management or commercialization of medical technology products.
  • Project management experience with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment is a plus.
  • An advanced degree (BS/BA) in a field related to health, technology, or business is required, while an MBA is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
