Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze fraud trends and conduct investigative research to identify patterns and areas for improvement
  • Provide professional analytical expertise to support fraud prevention and loss control efforts
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop and implement data-driven solutions to minimize fraud losses
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of services provided to support team and closely related teams

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
