Job Summary:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for employees at Rockwell Automation. This includes collaborating with managers to identify training needs, designing and developing training materials, and delivering training sessions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs: Work with managers and team leaders to determine the skills and competencies that need to be developed or improved in employees, analyzing existing and future skills gaps and designing training programs accordingly.
  • Design and develop training programs: Create and update training materials, learning modules, and educational resources, including preparing presentations, training manuals, videos, interactive activities, and learning assessments.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics: Organize the logistics of training programs, including reserving training rooms, coordinating times and dates, ensuring training materials are available, and managing resources needed for training.
  • Facilitate Training: Lead training and development sessions, either face-to-face or virtual, and ensure learning objectives are met, either by delivering the training directly or coordinating with external trainers or providers.
  • Assess the impact of training: Conduct follow-up evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs, including satisfaction surveys, knowledge tests, and feedback from participants, and use the results to make continuous improvements in training programs.
  • Keep records and reports: Record and keep updated attendance records, evaluations, and any other documentation related to training, and prepare regular reports to report on the progress and impact of training programs.
  • Stay up to date: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in the field of development and training, participating in professional development activities, attending conferences and seminars, and taking advantage of online resources to stay up to date on effective training methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience of 3 to 6 years in Training area and People Development.
  • Desirable experience in the manufacturing industry, where courses have been developed and training and training plans have been controlled.
  • Excellent management of PowerPoint for presentations and course designs, of Excel for graphics.
  • Communication skills, charisma, and friendly treatment.
  • Management and development of instructors and groups.
  • Experience leading people.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects in Human Resources Administration (LFT, RIT, STPS).
