Key Responsibilities:


• Ensure the validation and adherence to training programs within the facility.


• Engage in collaborative improvement initiatives across various domains.


• Participate in both internal and external audits related to training compliance.


• Oversee adherence to relevant regulatory standards and policies concerning training.


• Facilitate the technical training processes for operational staff.


• Meet the technical specifications of the Training and Development component as per the S21A standard, Process Safety Administration (ASP).


• Ensure that training documentation is current and accurately reflects practices.


• Provide direction for the administrative and operational aspects of the staff training program.


• Assist in the delivery of induction program topics and offer guidance in scheduling.


• Ensure compliance during internal and external audits.


• Actively participate in the plant's communication initiatives.


• Manage the budget for the upkeep of the training facilities.


• Support the planning and logistics of necessary training to ensure staff competency.


• Maintain records of training in personnel files to validate their proficiency.


• Provide technical-operational training for personnel in process areas.


• Coordinate the maintenance plan and execution of facilities while adhering to safety and budgetary objectives.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or a related discipline.


• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.


• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.


• Ability to support the programming and logistics of training necessary for staff competency.


• Demonstrated initiative, self-management, and capability to identify needs and effect change while embodying Chemours’ core values.


• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Proficient in analytical tools for data collection and analysis.
