Revolution is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Leader to join our team in Monterrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the operations of Dealer service centers, with a focus on increasing the functionality of services and repairs.

To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate will need to properly plan and implement the tools, equipment, and staffing necessary for each customer, as well as manage all sales activities necessary for the success of the assigned territory.

This role involves working closely with customers of the dealer service centers and multifaceted repairs, carrying out sales processes, policies, and procedures, and collaborating within internal multifunctional teams of the brand.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Obtaining, maintaining, and growing your customer base within defined areas.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals for your areas.
  • Verifying and confirming that authorized service centers comply with the brand service model.
  • Installing and providing on-site and online training for all product lines of the brand.
  • Certifying that dealer service center staff are properly utilizing the internal system.
  • Using a consultative sales approach: prospecting, discovery, and closing.
  • Providing excellent customer service skills, resolving customer issues to complete customer satisfaction.
  • Driving key metrics within customer satisfaction and retention goals.
  • Providing input to management on industry trends within the territory.
  • Providing automotive technical support.
  • Cultivating relationships with strategic distribution partners.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree, three to five years of proven success in direct sales and customer service, and experience in the automotive industry. Additionally, they should have two years of experience with operational software platforms such as SAT and two years of experience with sales CRM programs.

This role requires frequent periods of driving, standing, or sitting in the same location, with some opportunity to move around, or at times there may be a requirement to bend or lift light material or equipment (generally under 8 lbs.).

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $32,000 per month, depending on your performance and experience. You will also enjoy a full-time schedule with flexible hours, including weekends, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
