Customer Success Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team at Tokeet. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients and driving business growth through exceptional service and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and thorough understanding of our platform.
- Manage client accounts, addressing and resolving urgent inquiries in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible experience.
- Conduct training sessions with clients to maximize product utilization and deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates to effectively communicate and educate clients.
- Gather client feedback on product improvements and communicate with our product team to drive innovation.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent client churn and promote long-term loyalty.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience in account management or a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
