**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to support our growth and drive our HR strategy, operations, and office administration. As a Regional Compensation & Benefit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, performance appraisal, and management, employee engagement, and talent management and development.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Execute the HR strategy, operations, and office administration to support business growth and objectives.

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including:

• Talent Acquisition: Lead the Talent Acquisition function with strategic talent management initiatives, including attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

• Performance Appraisal and Management: Partner with functional heads to manage a full spectrum of HR functions, including performance appraisal, and management.

• Employee Engagement: Foster positive employee experience and prioritize employee well-being, drive initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, and learning and development.

• Talent Management and Development: Develop and implement talent management and development strategies to ensure Qashier has the right people at the right time.

• Office Administration: Oversee and manage office seating, inventories, and office moves.

• Compliance: Ensure ethical and legal compliance within the organization, including labor laws and regulations.

• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR data, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies.

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a top-performing HR/TA team locally.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with departments to support their HR requirements, providing HR consultations and advice.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree and qualification in the field of Human Resources.

• Significant experience working as a HR leader at a mid-senior to senior manager level.

• People manager experience, with a proven track record of leading a team and implementing best practices in team leadership.

• Native Thai language speaker, fluent in business English (both speaking and written).

• Experience with labor law from Thailand, with experience with labor law from other countries being a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong planning skills, process-oriented, and attention to detail.
