About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Arrivia, Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in fulfilling the travel and vacation dreams of our members by helping them utilize their incredible member benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand and meet the needs of our members
  • Make outbound calls to engage with members and promote our products and services
  • Personally responsible for meeting monthly individual goals, quotas, and metrics
  • Directly responsible for selling packages and services to our members
  • Become an expert in our brand to assist members in finding the products that best fit their needs
  • Assist members in understanding program benefits and provide consultative support on product inquiries
  • Manage member information confidentially and accurately to ensure transactions are processed correctly
  • Collaborate with team members to meet monthly goals
  • Understand the importance of customer service in sales and provide exceptional support to our members
Earning Potential

Up to $70,000 MXN per month, with a base salary of $15,000 MXN per month.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Verifiable track record of success in a sales role
  • Ability to make outbound calls per day and take inbound member calls
  • Strong communication skills to explain products and services to members
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
  • Passion for helping members, coworkers, and the growth of the company
