**About the Role**

**Customer Service and Business Administration**

As a key member of our team at Essity, we're looking for a skilled professional to join our sales team. If you're passionate about building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Develop and maintain profitable business relationships with clients, including distributors and new end customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning with our overall business strategy.

• Manage business in your area of responsibility by implementing sales plans, customer mix, and volume mix to optimize profitability and meet targets.

• Negotiate contracts and conditions, including preparation and conduct of business plans within your level of authority.

• Contribute to sales forecasting and be responsible for assigned sales budget.

• Coordinate and lead various activities to develop business and drive local implementation of marketing strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships and collaboration with sales and related functions, such as marketing.

• Develop strong customer insight and market knowledge and provide information to relevant stakeholders.
