Business Development Associate for Financial Growth

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Jr. Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients throughout their journey with Fairplay. This includes building strong relationships, providing expert guidance, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their objectives, strategies, and pain points. You will also analyze industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead of the curve and identify potential areas of growth. Your expertise will help us deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Manage client contracts and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties
- Become a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear communication, timely delivery, and exceptional support
- Develop and execute customized success plans based on data-driven insights, product offerings, and client-specific needs
- Analyze monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Utilize project management techniques to implement effective plans and ensure client success
- Provide expert advice and respond to client queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve client outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and negotiations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
