Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at One Park Financial. In this role, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with small business owners through various communication channels. Your ability to initiate and cultivate relationships, develop instant rapport, and manage a pipeline will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Fielding inbound calls, outbound follow-up, texts, and emails to build relationships with small business owners.
  • Developing instant rapport with clients and managing a pipeline of potential leads.
  • Working with a wide variety of flexible financing and funding options to meet the needs of small business owners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Mexican ID (mandatory).
  • Advanced English Level.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

B2B sales experience, inbound or outbound sales experience, and a call center background are preferred but not required. If you have any of these skills, it's a plus

Compensation

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary and uncapped commissions, allowing for unlimited earning potential. You'll also enjoy a guaranteed wage of 15,000 MXN per month and benefits such as social security, vacation time, and a generous Christmas bonus.
