Strategic Partner Manager, Global Partnerships

Develop, execute and maintain relationships with key partners Partners in Mexico focusing on the Media and Publisher industries.This position will ensure that these relationships meet the strategic objectives of partners and Meta, scoping quality content, sharing best practices, and onboarding them to our products and apps.This position will also work with other Partner Managers to provide overall strategic support to our Global Partnerships & Content partners. It includes getting to know our products and support processes, connecting with other internal support teams, and organizing and following up with Partner Managers and Partners directly when applicable. This position is also accountable for identifying trends in our support, prioritizing and escalating issues whenever necessary, developing narratives, event support and helping our partners achieve their business objectives.This is a Short Term Employment to cover parental leave.

Strategic Partner Manager, Global Partnerships (STE) Responsibilities:

  • Proactively resolve business issues with with content partners and be an internal advocate for them
  • Foster cross functional relationships with other internal support teams to optimize our support channels and escalate specific requests.
  • Use data analysis skills to investigate: adoption, distribution and monetization fluctuations.
  • Communicate clearly with Partners and follow-up on issues directly with them.
  • Get insights from our internal dashboards and spreadsheets, transforming them into reports, trends analysis and actionable tactics.
  • Generate narratives to seamlessly pitch products or apps.
  • Educate content partners on how best to utilize our family of apps to engage with their audience.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with Digital Platforms both from a production and activation perspective
  • Ability to analyze data sources to create compelling Content strategies, and to analyze multiple levels of data from many resources to make productive recommendations.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with External and Internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues
  • Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience, including product management, partner or account management, comms strategies for Media companies or public figures.
