About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Enterprise Cloud Services organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery for our cloud customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle from contract signing to renewal, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and customer engagement strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the cloud or IT services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Knowledge of cloud services operations, IT service management, and SAP Basis is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.
