Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer experiences, resolving customer issues, and driving continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns and manages the customer experience, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Manages end-to-end shipment process, ensuring compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with customers
  • Identifies root causes of issues and advises management of potential service failures and/or trends
  • Drives continuous improvement opportunities and cost savings initiatives

Requirements

  • Recent college graduates in Business Administration and International Trade, preferred, or experience in Ocean Logistics, Landside transportation or Customer Experience – Contact Center
  • English B2, required
  • Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to multi-task and a strong sense of urgency
  • Customer-centricity and Service-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Conflict resolution, strong problem-solving, and persuasion skills
