About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Technology Consultant to join our Enterprise Cloud Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining complex SAP landscapes, providing technical expertise and support, and ensuring high availability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incidents, alerts, and service requests
  • Delivery and maintenance of complex SAP landscapes
  • Planning, setup, implementation, and operation of SAP technologies
  • Conceptual design, configuration, and administration of server landscapes
  • Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues
  • Managing daily operations to ensure high availability
  • Proper documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • BE/BTech/MCA from a reputable institute
  • 7-9 years of experience as a Database Administrator in a Global Operations team
  • Experience with SAP HANA and ASE Database Platforms
  • Exposure to automation tools, scripting, or processes
  • DB installations and upgrades, planning, setup, and implementation
  • Security, backup, and recovery strategies
  • System copies, high availability, and disaster recovery strategy
