Central America Territory Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Territory Business Developer in Central America. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the region by executing our sales strategy and building strong partnerships.
As a dynamic local Business Developer, you will provide education and promote our innovative textile-based air distribution solutions to architects, consulting engineers, contractors, facility owners, and our local distributors. Your primary focus will be to increase sales in your territory by working closely with clients and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and commercial activity in the assigned territory, mainly sales activities such as prospecting, visiting customers, requesting, and sending quotations, closing deals, and after-sales communication with the technical department and customer.
- Review projects in your own territory, coordinate and collaborate with inside sales team and customers to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
- Actively participate in local industry events such as Trade Shows / Expos to promote our solutions and foster valuable connections.
- Maintain and daily update critical information in our CRM system (Pipedrive) for effective sales tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- You have 3-5 years of technical sales experience demonstrating measurable and proven results.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications.
- Demonstrate fluent written and spoken English.
- Available to travel 30-50%.
- Strong presentation skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM usage.
