About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico, covering Central America. This role is perfect for a sales professional with a strong background in heavy equipment and construction industries.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing rental business revenue with new and existing customers, building strong relationships with our dealer network, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our dealers to develop their capabilities and meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or strategic account management roles, with a proven track record of success in the construction, heavy equipment, or related industry. They will possess strong value selling, influencing, and negotiation skills, as well as effective relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies and activities for specified dealers
  • Establish high-level relationships with decision-makers and identify business needs and problems
  • Develop and implement market strategies for key industries and customers
  • Provide consultation to various departments within Caterpillar regarding the direction and strategies key industry leaders will adopt in the future
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Experience selling or marketing within the construction, heavy equipment, or related industry
  • Progressive experience in sales or strategic account management roles
What You Will Get

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Additionally, you will receive domestic relocation assistance to support your move to Mexico City or a nearby major city airport.
